Can i go to a store that makes like shirts and vinyl stickers and get..?

i want to get my best friend an espn lanyard. he will be turning 16 & he LOVES espn. can i just go into my town's vinyl shop and get an espn lanyard made? or can they not make that because like trademark or something?
