Hole in your ugg boots?

i had a hole in my ugg boots at the top where you pull them on i phoned up the shop i bought them from...... office and they told me to bring them in.. i took them in and i got a brand new pair for free if you have your receipt and its been under a year! just thought i would let you all know incase it happens to you !
