How do i remove a steering wheel from a 1988 Chevy astro?

most likey you will have to remove the horn cover (usually pops off, may be some screws, remove the center bolt, and use a steering wheel puller, you should be able to get one at autozone, or a car parts place like it. i think autozone may have that free rentals though
