Why would the Dr want to discuss results of HCG blood test?

We have finally gotten a BFP after about 9 months of trying. Very excited. I had a blood test on WEdnesday afternoon to test my HCG levels and when I called the Dr this morning to see if the results were in they said yes and that he wants to see me and disucss them. I can't see him till much later today and now I can't stop worrying that something is wrong. What could it be?
