Is this considered an affair?

One of my college friends just told me that she has been hanging out with a married man. She says they mostly just talk, maybe see a movie together, but they also send naked pictures of each other for fun. She believes this isnt cheating, because there hasnt been any physical contact. I disagree because its being dishonest to the wife. What are your opinions?
