Should I Talk to Him?

I've tried moving on from him by ignoring him completely, but it's still not working. I've had a couple of dates these past 2 weeks and they are all great guys, but I can't see them as anything else but friends because I'm still not over the other guy. Ignoring him has been so hard this past month, and I still get excited everytime he calls or IMs me. I need to move on since he has a gf and he has. I need to do the same. I've even tried making myself angry at him but that didn't work. Should i talk to him about it all even though he has a gf? I thought ignoring him would make it easier, but all its done is made me miss him more, even though i haven't talked to him for a good 2 or 3 weeks. I can't wait around for him and his gf to break up, i need to be living my on life not waiting for him.
