Math challenge?

I don't know the answer if its supposed to be a maths question. But in terms of science the graph would be like the anomalous expansion of water where the lowest point refers to the minimum volume of water at 4 degrees celcius. It can also refer to the angle of deviation to angle of incidence in a prism.
