Can you, PLEASE help me with Physics. Any help at all is greatly, GREATLY Appreciated.?

On the top of my head, I can answer the 3rd and 6th question. I am not sure that this is accurate, but light is technically not matter and does not have m, so what you mean is why matter cannot be accelerated to the speed of light. Light is not projected by a simple physical force, such as pushing, and the only way to recreate light speed is to use light itself, but light is not a force and so cannot move objects. What is relative in the theory of relativity is where you are viewing the object from.
