Weird Feeling...?

Ohkay, so lately there's this weird feeling in the backside of my right shoulder. It feels tingly, sometimes hot and sometimes, pins in it. It happens everyday and I have no idea why it happens. It comes and goes anytime. Can anyone explain or relate? Thanks
