What does it mean, limited specific in natural immunity-system?

Natural immunity is non-specific because there is no anti-body activation, that is handled by cell-mediated immunity. Natural/Innate immunity relies on phagocytosis and is considered the 1st line defense after a barrier has been broken (ie Skin). If natural immunity is unable to resolve the foreign antigen, then cell-mediated (specific) will launch anti-bodies in order to rid the organism.
