Where in Orange county can I go on a hike to stargaze?

My boyfriend and I have have been dating one year our official date is July 27 that's when we became bf/gf but today is the first time he asked me to be his gf....I said no three times haha. So I know he is planning our one year but I want to surprise him with something tonight. I am thinking hiking to go stargazing and enjoy a little wine, homemade orange cupcakes (his fave) and snuggling but I am from Idaho and don't know of any good places in orange country to do this. So some locations or additional suggestions would really be appreciated.
