Who should I start this week(week 11) Flex: Reggie Wayne(vs. NE) or Rashard Mendenhall(vs. Oak) ?

Rashard is projected to get 17, and has been fairly consistent for me- polar opposite of Wayne, who has been very inconsistent and disappointing. Even though Wayne is projected one point higher I think Mendenhall would be the safe bet, any advice is appreciated
