Why is creationism intellectually dishonest?

While this may offend some, it is intellectually dishonest. To be intellectually honest you have to look at information and arrive at a conclusion. Creationism starts with a conclusion and arranges bits of data which support it. This is bias is it not? You can't by definition be intellectual honest if you start with a biased position.
