Does my best friend want to be more than just friends?

This girl seems to have an interest in you but she's probably trying to decide if it's good or not. If you like her I think you should give her little hints and clues that you want to take your friendship a step more. If she is into you then she'll understand the signs and reply. Trust me girls don't like to ask guys out cause it seems a little weird, but if you ask her out that would change things. It won't hurt to try.
