How to begin my introduction on an research paper?

I'm doing an English paper about "Prejudice in the Court System - Research Paper" and the Prompt is "In a well-developed essay, defend or challenge the premise behind Finch's statement, which is that the courts are an unbiased institution in our society." I have the whole outline done, such as my reasons and conclusion and all but I'm having a hard time on how to do the introduction! Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
