If you are a video game tester what is your long tern and short term goaL?

Your long term goal would be to make sure the game doesn't have many exploitable glitches that will make it suck when it's released. Your short term goal would be to make sure the gameplay, controls, and graphics run smoothly; then you send feedback to the creators.
