Trade Marshawn Lynch for Deion Branch?

My buddy wants to trade me Lynch for Branch... im not hurting for RB (I have Frank Gore, Arian Foster, and Ronnie Brown), but just not sure what the future holds for Branch and if he would be a good pick-up. He was good in '05 but now he is 31 and has had some past injuries... I dont know how many looks he will get with Welker in the line up. What do you all think???
